Every year thouthands  of couples from around the world goes to Gibraltar to take their wedding vows, in a large and lavish wedding or a elopement wedding as John Lennon and Yoko Ono famously tied the knot. Getting married in Gibraltar is a simple procedure and need not be expensive.

Gibraltar is a popular location for weddings and civil partnerships, it is wise to plan in advance. Local laws do not contain any residential requirements and therefore it is a simple procedure and only requires a one night stay in Gibraltar.

Gibraltar is one of those places where top wedding photographers wish to go.  Officially ceremonies can be held in several locations in addition to the Registry Office, as the luxurious Sunborn Yacht.
